The valve must be put on the upper side of the tyre;

Plug the tube on the valve and inject the tyre with the fluid;

Spin the tyre slowly, so the fluid spreads to your entire tyre;

Use a pump or CO2 cartridge to achieve the right tyre pressure;

When necessary clean the spilt fluid with a clean cloth.
