Versatile tongs made with MKS stamping and die-casting technologies

These tongs for campfires and BBQs are designed to be lightweight, compact and easy to store for carrying comfort. The overall weight is only 98 g, the die-cast aluminium handle provides a firm and comfortable grip. The tongs open by sliding the tip up and down. The blades can then be extended by loosening the knob and can be used at a maximum length of 300 mm. The 0.8 mm thick stainless-steel blades are lined with many tooth profiles to hold firewood and charcoal firmly in place. Length when stored is 164 mm. The sharp blades are stored inside the handle, so it can be safely carried in a rucksack. All parts except the handle are made of rust-resistant stainless steel. Due to the simple mechanism, all parts are available as spare parts and will last for many years, just like the MKS SYLVAN pedals.
