Campagnolo 160mm Front Caliper W Hose + Oil

Super Record 13x. Not just a new groupset. A new platform. A new era.

Campagnolo's Super Record 13 wireless groupset sets a new benchmark in road cycling. The first and fastest on the market. Engineered for ultimate speed and precision, pushing the boundaries of road cycling innovation. With an unprecedented gear range, it offers seamless adaptability, ensuring riders maintain optimal cadence at all times. The redesigned ergopower system enhances control and ergonomics, delivering intuitive handling and superior comfort in every riding position. Uncompromising in performance, it sets a new milestone in cycling technology.

Super Record 13x brake calipers ensure powerful braking that can be regulated in any situation thanks to their 22-millimeter-diameter pistons. The pad return has now been optimised to ensure there's no friction when the brake lever is released. A special metal plate, positioned between the pad and the caliper piston, cushions the vibrations during braking.

The different Campagnolo brake calipers were designed to be mounted together with the disc chosen by the cyclist and to always guarantee high-level performance: the brake caliper can be chosen with a disc measuring either 140 mm (only for cyclists weighing no more than 82 kg) or 160 mm in diameter. Special attention was paid to making maintenance and assembly simple: the pads have wear indicators and replacing them is made easier by the absence of physical return springs. Insertion of the disc into the caliper was also worked on to make changing the wheel easier and faster.

Features

• Standard Flat Mount fully compatible with flat-mount frames
• 22 mm pistons in phenolic resin: braking force and thermal isolation
• Piston-calliper connector: the return action of the pistons is now optimised, rapidly returning the pads to their position and thus ensuring an overall clearance between pad and disc of 0.4-0.8 mm, with no risk of accidental contact
• Wear indicator: it is very easy to see when the pads need to be replaced
• Rounded brake pads: these facilitate disc insertion and speed up wheel changing

• Anti-vibration plate: optimal braking without vibration

• Two fixing screws: rapid installation and maintenance now in titanium

• Adapters needed

• Front weight with tube and oil: 140g

• Rear weight with tube and oil: 150g
