The new MET Trenta 3K Carbon is the most ventilated road helmet ever, developed for the toughest races and refined inside The Tube, our proprietary wind tunnel. Already a winner at the Tour de France and the Giro d’Italia Women and UCI World Championships, the Trenta 3K Carbon is the ultimate expression of a modern road helmet. The MET Trenta 3K Carbon is developed in direct collaboration with Tadej Pogačar, UAE Team Emirates, and UAE Team ADQ. Tested by the best and worn in the world’s most prestigious races, the air has changed and so has the standard.

Featuring a 3K Airframe, this is a carbon wing structure that eliminates EPS from the internal frame of the helmet, resulting in a continuous internal air channel, uninterrupted from the front intake to the rear exhaust. This ensures consistent airflow at both high speeds when descending and at lower speeds on the flat or when climbing. 

Linear and Rotational Safety: the new construction combined with MIPS Air achieves a 40% improvement in the Virginia Tech test — the world’s most recognised independent safety rating protocol earning 5 stars and one of the best scores ever recorded.
